Personal view

I’ve been engaged in family law for more than a decade and have as well long-term experience in the area of civil and rent law. To find a systemic and sustainable solution to a complex relationship problem or interfamilial conflict is hardly ever possible in legal proceedings. These interfamilial conflicts cause an enormous mental stress on each party and especially on the children involved. This stress can be avoided by choosing the alternative dispute resolution path of mediation. Any solution of a long-term relationship conflict requires a balance of interests to be achieved. A mutually beneficial and long-term sustainable solution may be reached only if all the parties make joint efforts to balance their interests. In these terms mediation is the most efficient tool.
